MARY CHRISTMAS 2012

More than 2000 years ago, miracles happened to a young woman who was inspired by the Holy Spirit to say "Yes" to God.  This solitary immaculate woman who was raised by her Mother Anne and her Father Joachim lived her life as a Virgin consecrated to God. On one occasion the Virgin Mary received a greeting from one of God's Angels that would change the course of history.  After listening to the message from the Angel Gabriel, Mary responded by saying: "Behold the Handmaid of the Lord, let this happen to me according to God's plan."  The Virgin Mary was asked to be the Mother of the Messiah, Emmanuel, God is with us.  For the Angel declared that her cousin, Elizabeth, was also with child; and Elizabeth was in her sixth month of pregnancy.  The Angel then declared: "Nothing is impossible for God."  With the "Fiat" of the Virgin Mary, the stage was set for the very first Christmas.  Mary became the Mother of the God-Man through the power of the Holy Spirit; and Mary also accepted the role as the  Co-Redeemer for the next 33 years in union with Her Son, Jesus Christ. "And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us."

Let the Peace on Earth to men and women of good will be present for the Christmas 2012!  May all men and women say, "Yes" to God's plan in their lives and bring the Christmas message to all who are seeking healing and peace in their lives.  The Hope is that God's Love will be extended into the New Year by "loving one another as God has loved us."  In God We Trust is the rallying song for all who are seeking peace, joy, and love in their lives and in the lives of their children and their grandchildren and their great-grandchildren.  Let there be PEACE on earth, AND LET THAT PEACE BEGIN WITH ME.  MARY CHRISTMAS 2012!  May the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph touch the hearts, minds, and souls of those who need that touch the most and for those who need that touch the least.  All for Jesus through Mary and Joseph with a Smile!

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS RESPECT ALL HUMAN LIFE

On Friday, December 14, 2012, the world was exposed to an unthinkable crime on innocent victims at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT.  The "Why" for this terrible crime has yet to be determined by the mass media that has bombarded a small rural town. Petitions for  extreme measures to avert a future crime spree is typical of many extremists and elitists who look for a scapegoat.  The essential evidence that will be gathered and analyzed over the coming months will hopefully focus beyond the persons responsible for these horrible incidents.  What will help is determining the negative attitudes that people acquire over a period of time that impacts decision making. When a Country projects a "culture of death" that is acceptable and legal, there will be consequences that will cause a vast divide among people of good will.  Two wrongs simply do not make a right as expressed by many Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts.  Also, the ends never justifies the means to obtain a secular solution.  Taking responsibility for our own actions and decisions is often neglected by the uninformed as well as the informed.

When  persons has a "war" going on within themselves, the challenge is to admit and seek effective counseling and guidance by professionals who are well qualified.  "Let there be PEACE on earth, and let that PEACE begin with ME."History has confirmed on many occasions that "leaders" who are bent on destroying others have already destroyed themselves internally.  Let us continue to pray for all victims of domestic violence, for all innocent victims of elective abortions, for all victims of "wars," for all victims of underemployment, for all victims of homelessness, for all victims of loneliness, for all victims of dependency, for all victims of serious health conditions, for all victims in nursing homes and hospitals, for all victims of any crime on innocent and law-abiding persons, and for all victims of any assault on their person, place of residence, or property.  In addition, encourage more persons of good will to stand and be counted to assist their community in their daily challenges.  Solutions come from persons of good will and good intentions that are effectively carried out to a successful conclusion.  The "war" between good and evil will continue until the end of time.  Even though you may lose a few battles along the way, you will win the war with the help of God's infinite compassion and unconditional love that will encourage more Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts to show how to listen, listen, love, love.  Listen with the head, listen with the heart; love with the head, love with the heart.  IN GOD WE TRUST is our battle cry; and remember He said:  "I will be with you always until the end of time."

ADVENT 2012 PREPARES ALL MEN AND WOMEN OF GOOD WILL TO SET PRIORITIES FOR HUMAN/SPIRITUAL LIFE

On Sunday, December 2, a New Church Year will be ushered into the Christian World.  Prepare the Way of the Lord, make straight His paths..God is with us on a daily basis.  "His Kingdom come, His Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven."  Advent is a faith preparation time for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and as a memorial of His first coming more than two centuries ago.  "Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life."  "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow."  The Incarnation of Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh and dwelt among us.  Jesus Christ is the God-Man who reflected God's unconditional love for all of His Creation.  Being prepared for the personal coming of God in our lives allows us to earn respect when our mission here on earth is completed. "Love the Lord your God with ALL of your heart, with ALL of your soul, and ALL of your mind; and to love your neighbor as yourself." This total commitment to the Mission and to our personal mission in union with God's will means to give ALL for the greater glory of God, the honor of His Mother Mary, and for the salvation of all souls and all of the souls entrusted to our care.  This Advent preparation for our Eucharistic Christmas means a living faith and a renewed sense of urgency for what really matters in our personal and communal life.  Our greatest gift is the gift of ourselves to the love service of God's people wherever, whenever, however, whoever, whatever...cost what that love entails.  What are your priorities; and how can you renew your faith convictions that have eternal consequences?  "You are either with Me or against Me!"  "You are unable to serve God and mammon." Who then are the Anti-Christs?  If you are arrested for being a follower of Jesus Christ, would there be enough evidence to convict you?  We are Alleluia People; and we are preparing for a "Mary Christmas."

HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2012 TO ALL THE WORLD'S FAMILIES

On this very special day of gratitude to all of our friends throughout the world, you are offered a day to remember the many blessings that you have received during this past year.  For many persons who give daily thanks for the gifts of life and love, the Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts worldwide celebrate with you in making this Thanksgiving a very special commemoration.  Hopefully, you have remembered your immediate families wherever they may be located in this world.  Just pick up the phone and call your brothers, sisters, mothers, dads, and your spouses and significant others who may need a cheerful voice to brighten their day.  Your smile today will bring others closer to inner peace and healing that this wonderful world needs from your uniqueness.  There are many today throughout the world who are living in imposed slavery, in homeless shelters, in battle worn refugee camps, in loneliness, in mental hospitals, in state and local prisons, in prisons of their own making, in dependency isolation, in unemployment and underemployment,in extreme poverty from financial and weather-related disasters, in search of peaceful solutions to avoid further bloodshed,  and in many other of life's challenges.  Be a giver rather than a receiver; and bring love rather than hate to your neighbors wherever they may be.  All of God's children have a right to be loved by their friends and challengers.

Thank God, our Creator, for the gift of each day; and Thank God for an opportunity to bring "Eucharist" (Thanksgiving) for all of your brothers and sisters in God's family.   This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice in this 2012 Happy Thanksgiving no matter what your circumstances and state of dependency.  Be not afraid-Just Believe!  Choose Life and Love!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts are proud to celebrate 2012 Happy Thanksgiving Day with even more enthusiasm than in the past.  The obvious reasons are their opportunities to live in a Country that still respects the freedoms of all Americans even when there are irreconcilable differencesAs Americans,  we learn how to cope with challenges that require individual ingenuity and  wise, sound judgmentEven when Hurricane Sandy damaged many towns and major metropolitan cities, volunteers within the affected areas plus non-resident volunteers came to the assistance of their neighbors.  Even though there was loss of life caused by storm damage, the overwhelming positive responses were from the private sector until the public sector was mobilized to respond.  After more than two and a half weeks after the Super Storm, many Americans are still without power and basic necessities.  How can an affected victim of this Storm be thankful on this coming Thanksgiving Day?  There will be many stories from victims in the days ahead that will be shared indicating how their fellow Americans came to their aid and comfort.  Having a human life that will make a difference is the opportunity for all Americans if they are open to share their time, their talents, and their monetary and non-monetary treasures for the benefit of their neighbors.

American Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts are relieved that the National Election Day is over; however, there is much more work to be done for ALL Americans who have a vested interest in the future of their Country.  The United States of America belongs to the PEOPLE; and the PEOPLE'S OWNERSHIP is at stake for the foreseeable future.  Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts realize that a divided Country will be challenged on its principles; but a unifying effort must be part of the overall PLAN to re-unite all Americans for the cause of FREEDOM that is now enjoyed by many AMERICANS.  With all of the human resources that America has, the time has come to have a SOUND VISION that requires divine wisdom coupled with a commitment to keep America free from all enemies, foreign and domestic.  Let us all give THANKS by sharing "Eucharist" with our fellow Americans by prayer, study, and action that will transform our Country to respect the value and uniqueness of each AMERICAN.  "Thanks Mom and Dad for the gifts of LIFE and LOVE."  Each American should be proud to be ALIVE and to share that gratitude with their Creator of ALL human life from conception to natural death. ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS WISH ALL AMERICANS A VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY FOR 2012 and for many years to come.  "Always remember what you have learned.  Your education is your LIFE. Guard your education and experiences well!"

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS ENCOURAGE POSITIVE ATTITUDES DESPITE RECENT CHALLENGES

"When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade."  "It is not the size of the dog in the fight that counts; it is the size of the fight in the dog that counts."  Never give up, GET UP!  You may continue to add as many encouraging axioms to your philosophy of life and to your ongoing learning styles that will continue to make you a better person.  Each day brings new challenges and also new consequences for action or for inaction.  Taking responsibility for our own actions is the lesson in humility and in maturing in wisdom.  Remember to take a look at yourself in the mirror each morning and remember that you need to be true to that person in the mirror.  "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change...Courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference."  Since we live in an imperfect world and in the special world around us everyday, focus on the true values that respects yourself and respects the many persons that we need to deal with everyday.  One person recently said: "If you can breathe, you are needed by someone in your life."  Each Achievement Ladder Enthusiast has a special mission that has our name on that mission.  We are unable to put our heads in the sands and ignore the needs that surrounds our daily mission.  We are in the world but not of the world; and what we accomplish does make a difference.  To allow "the world, the flesh, and the devil" to run our lives means to exclude our Creator from working with us and through us to make the world a better place.  Discover for yourself the "Real Good News" rather than the edited multi-media news sources  that tries to "brainwash" our uniqueness and our "minority of one" status.

Take each day as a new challenge rather than as a problem.  Each day has four seasons:  spring, summer, fall, and winter.  The morning gives us the spring; and the summer gives us the mid-day. The late afternoon gives us fall; and the evening brings our daily winter.  Your use of your time during each day and each week are yours and yours alone.  However, there will be many persons who may want to "dump" their "problems" on to you.  Yet, if you are alert, you will give back those "dumpers" an opportunity to resolve their own dilemmas.  Avoid being the "dumpee;" you have enough challenges of each day without taking on the whole world.  Look for divine guidance and learn to let go and let God enter your life each day.  "Come to Me all you who are burdened and find life burdensome.  Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart.  You will find rest and peace in knowing that you are never alone...YOU ARE ALWAYS IN GOD'S PRESENCE who loves you with an unconditional love that surpasses all that the world says about love.
"Always remember what you have learned.  Your education is your life.  Guard your education well!"   "Sufficient for the day is the evil enough."  "Love one another as I have loved you."

IDES OF OCTOBER 2012 CONGRATULATES THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO LIVE AND SHOW RESPECT FOR THEIR NEIGHBOR

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts congratulate the multitude of men and women who quietly and humbly show respect for themselves and for their neighbors by doing the ordinary acts of kindness in an extraordinary manner.  These wonderful and heroic persons will seldom receive recognition by their friendly and positive acts of love expressed in many geographic areas.  Examples include the following:  children who care for their elderly parents, parents who care for your challenged children, law enforcement personnel who create a positive environment to reduce crime, health professionals who simply respect their patients and go above and beyond their duty, educators who make the time to bring about a learning environment for their students, entrepreneurs who create jobs and careers for millions of underemployed and unemployed persons, missionaries who provide the "leaven" in their environments by providing for the homeless and war- displaced refugees, and many more examples that you are willing and able to share.  These special individuals show that "people do not care what you know but how much you care."

Congratulations to all Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts who live "Respect" and "Give Respect" to the most vulnerable and to the most powerful persons in their daily love journey.  By their actions and by their efforts, people know and honor the respect that must be given to each and every person who lives on "Planet Earth." "What you do to the LEAST of My Brothers and Sisters, you do to ME."  Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts encourage all persons of GOOD WILL to reconsider their lifestyles and EARN RESPECT by giving RESPECT to your daily contacts. Respecting human life at every stage of development is worth the time, the talents, and the treasures of each valuable and unique human being "who cares enough to give the very best."
Your respectful SMILE will be the difference in another's reactions to receiving loving respect.

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS CELEBRATE COLUMBUS DAY WEEK WITH HONOR, FRATERNITY, AND LOVE OF COUNTRY

What would you say is your Key to your Future?  What type of Key are you?  You may be the Key that will move unlockable doors of someone's mind and heart.  You may be the Key that will gain access to someone's thoughts and behavior.  You may be the Key that will clear up a human problem that was once considered unsolvable.  You may be the Key that explains or gives useful information about persons, places, or things.  Your Key may be the only Key that will unlock a very difficult situation with people that you respect and love.  You may be the right Key to keep harmony rather than see discord or divisiveness continue in your community and your neighborhood relationships.  You may be the one Key person who will complete or adjust the picture in a Group Reunion.  You may be the Key to influence others through your great intensity of your feelings and convictions with the inner drive to make solutions for challenges.

As those Leaders who came before us, they were the Keys to what we may be experiencing today.  Taking for granted the heroic actions of historical icons, you may be apathetic rather than grateful for the cause and effect that these past leaders have accomplished by their positive attitudes.  You are the current and future Key leaders who with your unique personality and attitude will influence the thinking and the actions of others.  Since you are a unique person, only one of a kind, the sum total of all of your God-given talents needs to be used in your Key locations for the well being of others entrusted to your care.  Your Key presence in your sphere of influence will often affect more persons than you will ever realize.  The Key to your future is YOU.  You are the Key everyone is waiting for and anticipating to bring about a transformation.

"Yesterday is already a dream and tomorrow is only a vision but today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a VISION OF HOPE."

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS RESPECT LABOR DAY CELEBRATIONS

Every year on the first Monday in September, we set aside time to reflect and to honor those who have made their mark on providing the Human Resources of body, mind, and spirit in the Work Place.  History has recorded many negatives about the adversary conditions that men and women have encountered in offering their time, talents, and treasures to produce goods and services for the common good.  The relationships between management and labor sources have come a long way from the typical autocratic style that was most prevalent during the early part of the 20th century.  When participative and the free-rein styles were introduced, many persons were leery that they were attempting to find the "catch" or the "ploy" from their "bosses."

However, when the Team Concept was encouraged to maximize the most of each participant's time, talents, and treasures, the intrapreneurial contributions were rewarded with advancement and enjoyment in the work place. Many work-related activities demanded additional training that was most successful with apprenticeships, internships, and matrix applications.  In Team Work there is no "I" in the word...Together Everyone Achieves More.  Transferring skills from one job or occupation to another required adaptation to a new philosophy in the work environment.  What may have been experienced in "ABC" Team may not have been the same for "XYZ" Team.
When one individual enjoys applying the skills, talents, and aptitudes that have learned, all other persons on the Team are enhanced by the totality of each person's contributions.

The greatest asset in any work environment is ATTITUDE.  Having a positive attitude toward one's career or current job situation, makes a tremendous difference on the ultimate growth of that person and the common good that will benefit from that person's positive thrust.  Most of us have had many jobs that were stepping stones to our eventual career choice.  What a person learns from the "School of Hard Knocks" and the "School of Experience" contributes to the holistic approach with the basic education that was received in the "Classroom with Walls."  Now that the Virtual Classroom and the "Classroom without Walls" has emerged during the 21st Century, the value of the human resources takes on a new dimension in all areas of the Work Environment.
Giving our 100 percent in achieving a work environment's mission, means offering the "We Care"to the work accomplished.  Pride in workpersonship demands "doing the job well or not at all."
In our Country when 53 percent of the work force pays taxes for 43 percent who choose not to work or get adequate training or who given up altogether, this approach will drain the Workers who give all for the benefit of all.  Giving a Hand Up is preferable than giving a Hand Out! Currently, there are 91.7 percent employed in the work environments.  Hopefully, with the "entrepreneurial" spirit, the percentage employed will be increased in the next few years by a determined private and public sector cooperation and less government interference.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts honor and respect all of those who have contributed in the public and private sectors with their time, talents, and treasures to benefit the common good.
Happy Labor Day to all of those who have given the ultimate price by laying down their lives for the freedoms that we enjoy in a Free Society.  Let us keep that priceless Freedom by praying, studying, and acting as though the work environments depend on us while we recognize that we depend on our Creator who gave us our human life and human resources to GROW!

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS APPLAUD LEARNING FOR ALL LEARNERS

As many achievement ladder learners continue their quest for a total holistic approach to education, the discovery during this coming academic year will be the hope and the dreams of all positive learners.  The inner discovery of their talents and aptitudes will assist many learners to focus on their life mission.  For each achievement ladder enthusiast the life mission will be diverse and comprehensive in nature.  Accepting and growing in learning environments will be the challenge for all learners seeking the maximum return on their investments of time, talents, and treasures.  What may work for one learner may be very different for another prospective learner.  Individual differences and learning styles will impact the choices that each learner will discover.  Answering the following questions for any effective communicator,   Who, What, Where, When, Why, How, and How Much, will determine the long range and the short range plan of learning strategy.  Using all of the human resources available and all of the technological gimmicks that are appropriate, the achievement ladder learner will realize that all forms of mass media are valuable in scope and direction.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts applaud the many learners who will be attending the "classroom with walls" and the "classroom without walls" during their learning challenges starting today and after Labor Day.  In a free environment to learn, each learner will determine the realm of their personal motivation to grow in their learning process that will ultimately lead to meeting their life mission.  Each human being willing to learn and willing to grasp the challenges of learning new and exciting holistic study courses will comprehend and understand the value of each valuable human person.  The cluster of career choices opens up a whole new world of learning for those dedicated and determined to be successful in their educational endeavors.  To have an enthusiasm for positive learning means that the learner will gain in body, mind, and spirit for the true values in life for all achievement ladder enthusiasts.  Also, the many lecturers, teachers, educators, mentors, facilitators, motivators, parents, fellow-learners, and all other human resources will be the encouraging "chorus" bringing the music of learning to each individual learner at the pace and the timing that is most appropriate and rewarding.

The Ladder of Achievement for all learners at every stage of development and maturation is based on taking the steps of zero percent to 100 percent in the stride that works best for each learner. "Always remember what you have learned.  Your Education is your Life.  Guard it well!"
(Proverbs 4:13)  Congratulations to all Learners. We are counting on You!

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts Applaud the 30th Olympiad's Host Country, London, and the 204 Countries who sent Olympians

Every four  years, we are treated to the skills, talents, aptitudes, and achievements of men and women who compete in the Olympics.  In addition, we are given an inside look at the host's city and surroundings that make the many venues successful.  For London, this was their third opportunity to host the Olympics; and the challenges that bring with 204 countries participating in the various Olympic Events.  From all indications, the safety concerns were handled professionally; and the Olympians presented an outstanding image of competitiveness that was beyond superior.  Many friends were reunited and many new friends were discovered in 2012.

For all Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts who were unable to be physically present in London, the television coverage was exceptional and exploratory in many respects.  The age range of the Olympians was vast from the middle teens to the senior members.  Overlooked, yet behind the scenes, were the mentors, coaches, family members, and friends who positively cheered on their favorites and their adopted Countries who gave their very best.  The human conditions were observed and respected from many angles of human intelligence.  Beautiful were the smiles, the tears, the hugs, and the respect for the Countries who were recognized for their participation.  The general media at times tried to create some "controversies" by their uninhibited comments; however, in general, the media recognized their responsibility to report what was really important. The people of London were gracious hosts; and their spirit of enthusiasm was noted by all who watched the normal human reactions that were associated with enjoying competitive events.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts who were there in London agreed that the location of the 30th Olympiad presented a positive and enthusiastic appreciation for the opportunity to host the 2012
Olympics.  Thank God for the weather that cooperated with the many events that were scheduled for the past two weeks.  At the Closing Ceremonies, the Olympic Flag was presented to the 2016 Summer Olympics Host, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Long live the Olympic Spirit from Olympiad to Olympiad!  All are winners in spirit by being an Olympian! Thank you, London!  Cheers!

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS APPLAUD THE 2012 COMMON BOND REUNION

In one week, our opportunity to attend the 2012 Common Bond Reunion will be an exciting and a motivational endeavor to visit with friends who have dedicated their lives in serving others in various parts of the United States and the World Community.  The willingness to share with often overlooked and respected friends gives hope to the world that is looking for the virtue of hope,  justice, and love.  The Mission of each person is to be the Leaven in their environments to make a difference with their time, talents, and treasures.  This coming weekend will give each person the platform to share their experiences, their adventures, their successes, their shortcomings, and their passion for enhancing the uniqueness of each human being that they encounter daily.

For me personally, this will be my first chance to be on the campus of my bachelor's degree experiences after more than a fifty- year absence.  As an alumnus, this university gave me an challenge to dedicate my life to education in the classroom, in  office environments, and in many community-based activities.  My mission is to listen, listen, love, love for the couple of days of greeting and rejuvenating my acquaintances with so many colleagues who have touched my life in many ways over the years.  Upon return from this 2012 Reunion, my intention is to share what I learned from so many professional and exceptional persons who have made the world their Mission to bring faith, hope, and love wherever they go.  "Bloom where you are planted" has been the ongoing approach for these Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts who have made a difference in many walks of life.   During my year of the "Spirit of '76," this will be a highlight worth remembering and sharing with those who are looking for answers and guidance in their careers.

HAPPY 236TH BIRTHDAY TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts welcome the 236th Celebration of the Birthday of the United States of America on July 4, 2012.  My recollections of my childhood reaffirms my loyalty and my respect for the Founders of our Great Nation.  My visits to Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA, on many occasions reminded me of the focus and the vision that true patriots had for the future of our Beautiful Nation.  Coming out of a Revolution from tyranny, the American Revolution opened the doors for the many freedoms that are often taken for granted by those who have been duped by our modern day soothsayers.  For the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the U.S. Constitution stand today as the foundation of all of the freedoms that many other nations in the world have never known because of tyrannical government forces.

Let Freedom Ring on the 4th of July as well as the fireworks that are used in celebration of our unique Country.  Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts honor and respect the dignity of each unique individual, born and unborn,  who accept the responsibilities of living in a community of believers in justice and in right reason.  Freedom comes with a price; and in many cases, many men and women have laid down their lives and have paid the ultimate price for keeping our freedoms of choice truly free.  For many citizenry, the acceptance of a hand out is more important that a hand up, which enriches the value and the worth of each unique person:  PRICELESS!

As we celebrate the 236th Birthday of the United States of America on July 4, 2012, let us remember all of the holistic intelligences that are unique for each American, born and unborn. Let us encourage those who strive to obtain American citizenship to be patient and to learn all that has made America great with a Proud Heritage and a Promising Future.  Let us all pray, study, and act in the best interests of all Americans, born and unborn, who value the freedoms for what they truly mean:  ONE  NATION UNDER GOD WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.  AMERICA BLESS GOD....for God has already showered His graces on America.  Let us renew our efforts to bring about the United States of America that is the Land of Opportunity for all Americans, born and unborn.  Let all Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts take the  responsibility for preserving American Heritages and Freedoms by being pro-active in their environments.
LET FREEDOM  RING THR0UGHOUT THE LAND ON JULY 4, 2012!

HAPPY DADS' DAY FOR ALL FATHERS LIVING AND DECEASED

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts honor and respect Dads' Day 2012.  For many of us who have had the privilege of a Dad who really cared; let us remember that Dad and the glorious memories that are preserved in our hearts.  There are many characteristics that Dads exemplify for their children:  patience, humor, respect, honor, active listener, hero, multiple skilled, happy, honest, sincere, humble, etc.  You may want to list many other  ordinary and extraordinary talents that Dads give with their committed love to their families.  Dads respect their spouses without any reserve; and their ordinary daily examples make a difference for the children who observe these honorable Dads.  Dads remember that human life is a continuum from conception to natural death.  Thank you, Dads, who chose life and love for your children.

Although we witness Fathers in the headlines who portray a negative appearance, these Fathers overlooked what Dads are expected to be and to become.  Taking responsibility for their own choices, Fathers earn the respect from their spouses and their children; and, as a result, earn the right to be a Dad who exemplifies the Heavenly Father by being a Just Man, not just a man.
On one of my many Dads' Day gifts, my children gave me a coffee mug that stated:  "Anyone can be a Father, but it takes a special someone to be a Dad."  Today would have been my Dad's 101st birthday.  He was a Gentle Man and a Loving Dad.  He mirrored the Heavenly Dad, Abba, who cared enough to be the very best....for better,  for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death took him to his eternal reward about 12 years ago.  Thanks Mom and Dad for the gifts of life and love;  it is great to be alive and feeling free and to have everyone in our family expressing their honor and respect for the Dads who earned the right to be called a Dad!

Happy Dads' Day 2012 to all Dads living and deceased from the many sons and daughters who had the fortune of having a loving and devoted Dad in their lives.  Thank You!

DE COLORES....ALL THE COLORS OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

On this Memorial Day Weekend, 2012, let us remember all of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice of laying down their lives in wartime in different parts of the world so that we may enjoy the freedoms that were offered to us by the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.  All of these courageous men and women served their Country with honor, bravery, prudence, and trust.  Let us always remember to say a pray for each of these fallen soldiers who gave their lives in combat so that their fellow Americans may appreciate the "freedoms" won by a price.
Also, remember the families, friends, and fellow service men and women who were given another opportunity to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  Let the mourning by the families for their loved ones be not in vain.  Apathy has no role in honoring the brave, nor does hypocrisy have any room in corridors in the public sector for ignoring the dignity, the respect,  and the sacredness for human life that needs to be re-ignited for all Americans.

War and the ravishes of war impact many persons for multiple years.  Visit the cemeteries throughout the United States and the rest of world to discover the marked and unmarked graves of those who fought for principles that meant being a true American.  For the many dollars that have been spent for war purposes and for those who profited from war zones, let these people take a moment to realize that human life is priceless and precious at all stages of human development.  In addition, for all of those wounded in mind, body, and spirit from the perils of war, let us remember these brave souls who have been forgotten by greedy and  insensitive public servants who continue to bring about the conditions that bring about unjust and unnecessary war in foreign lands for whatever economic and social reasons.  These brave and courageous men and women who have lost limbs, careers, self-esteem, and self-confidence need to be reminded that the American People do care about their holistic needs.  Behind the scenes, many retired service personnel have shared their special skills and talents in the private sector by their continual service to their respective communities in multiple civic organizations and faith-related communities.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts are proud to salute, honor, pray, and congratulate all living and deceased armed services' professionals who have "laid down their lives for their friends"...the American People.  May this Memorial Day Remembrance be a moment to say, "THANK YOU," for all of those persons "who cared enough to give their very best" for God and Country. Let this coming year be a Year to Transform our United States of America that honors the Traditions and accepts the challenges that a Free Country deserves and earns by a Spiritual Renewal of Love...Unconditional Love that acknowledges that IN GOD WE TRUST!

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS HONOR ALL MOTHERS ON MOTHERS' DAY 2012

On Sunday, May 13, 2012, Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts celebrate and honor all Mothers throughout the world and especially in the United States of America. Mothers are the FIRST TEACHERS of their children and the FIRST HOME for their  unborn babies. Mothers' FIRST CAREER is their multitasking in their chosen jobs; in their home environment; in their social interactions; in their multiple gifts of time, talents, and treasures; and in their innovative achievements in building a FAMILY unit.  Being a Mother is a chosen Career and an unselfish act for all those women who will to accept unconditionally this unprecedented responsibility and love choice.  We honor and respect all women whose nurturing attributes are offered when they adopt wanted children who become "orphaned."  Motherhood has a beginning without any end in sight regarding the love that they continually give their children at all stages of development and maturation.  Mothers are challenged on all fronts to give up this special career by those who have little understanding and wisdom of the nature of motherhood's responsibility and accountability.  The maternal hours are sometimes very long with little compensation from the secular world that overlooks the value and the dignity of motherhood as a waste of time, talents, and treasures.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts salute and admire the dignity and the respect that is earned from every Mother who gives love unconditionally without any compensation in return.  May all Mothers, both living and deceased, be an exemplary model to their dedication, desire, determination, discipline, and dignity "who care enough to give their very best" to their families and extended families.  May the Spiritual Motherhood of Mary Immaculate be a spiritual inspiration for all Mothers who make a difference in this world ...a world that exploits the value of womanhood with questionable unethical choices.  HAPPY  MOTHERS' DAY to God's wonderful precious creation.

ACHIEVEMENT LADDER ENTHUSIASTS CONGRATULATE THE TEACHER OF THE YEAR AND ALL EDUCATORS

Recently, a very proud Teacher was honored at the White House and was presented to the Public as the Teacher of the Year.  She was introduced by the President of the United States for her dedication, her drive, her desire, her determination, her discipline, her dignity, and her diplomacy in creating a learning environment at her school.  In effect, this Teacher of the Year recognizes that all Teachers are creators of effective learning environments by their sincerity in making a difference in the lives of each of her students.  Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts graciously congratulate this wonderful Teacher of the Year for her inspiring effects to enhance the ordinary learning environment into an extraordinary atmosphere impacting the future of our wonderful Country. Each Teacher makes possible a 100 percent Achievement Ladder if they care.

Hopefully, all Educators in all disciplines and all levels of educational schooling will be encouraged to incorporate and to renew their commitment to providing an effective learning environment to a higher level of achievement and accountability.  In spite of all of the current and future breakthroughs with technological advances, the Teacher is the one who creates the learning environment where learning has an opportunity to grow and grow and grow.  In the On The Job Training (O.J.T.) and the "College of Hard Knocks," there are many trainers, mentors, tutors, and co-workers who affect the learning of the inexperienced with effective and experienced resources.  The "Classroom with Walls" and the "Classroom without Walls" exists in our current learning environments with human beings who care about the learning skills of their prospective learners.  To become a Nation that really cares for each unique individual in whatever learning environment that exists, the Learning Facilitator creates an effective learning atmosphere where true learning takes effect.  The Creative and the Critical Skills for each person must include a holistic approach in every person willing to be open to learning.  What may work for one person may not work for another person.  What motivates one person to learn may not necessarily work for another person who has a unique Learning Style.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts salute and congratulate all Educators who make a difference in the Learning Environments that shapes unique Learning Styles.  "Always remember what you have learned.  Your Education is your Life.  Guard it well!"  (Proverbs 4:13)
