Giving a positive example by positive action and creating a learning atmosphere where effective renewals and changes are positive without any governmental or authoritarian mandates are extremely rare among greedy and elitist individuals. History has given us many lessons of negative charismatic persons who have lured innocent persons into disastrous consequences. If it is too good to be true, then it is too good to be true.
