OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE, INTERCESSOR OF THE UNBORN
To help the anti-life push in the world, the late Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen encouraged the spiritual adoption of an unborn child. This is done by praying that one particular but unknown child's life be spared elective abortion and be allowed to continue to live.
To help accomplish this, the recommendation was to have an individual say the following daily prayer for a period of nine months:
"Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of elective abortion."
The name I wish to give my baby is your choice(s). During your earthly life this spiritually adopted child of yours will be known only to God; but in the world to come the hope is that you will meet the souls that your prayers saved and spend eternal happiness with them.
"Jesus may your peace and your love embrace the hearts, minds, and souls of the family, friends, and loved ones who encourage this (these) elective abortion(s) and lead them all to your Sacred and Eucharistic Heart." (Crusade for Life International,11142 Osage Street, Northglenn, CO 80234, 720-977-9150)
Since September 2009, my prayers and spiritual adoptions have been offered for ten (10) unborn children who may be spared the fate of elective abortion. Currently, four (4) more unborn children have been spiritually adopted by me to be spared the fate of elective abortion prior to September 7, 2012. You are encouraged to spiritually adopt as many unborn children as your mission to spare the lives from the destruction of elective abortion. Be Pro-Life and Proud that you have the opportunity to spiritually adopt an unborn child that becomes your friend for all eternity. People may kill the body, but these people are unable to kill the soul of all unborn children. Choose Life and Live The Truth!

THE IDES OF JANUARY 2012...WHAT ARE WE REALLY SEARCHING TO DISCOVER?
Are we really listening, actively listening? With all of the political rhetoric that we will be subjected to this year, what and who are we searching to discover? Who are we, what are we doing here, and where are we going are daily challenges that affects others whether we realize that fact or not. Choosing to search for the Truth even among Masters of Deceit and Untruth demands vigilance and discernment of the greatest intensity. The guidance that we seek may be among those are self-absorbed and selfish of what they are willing to control and manipulate. The Ides of January 2012 requires of each person a willingness to listen to their hearts and their minds to discover the mission that is uniquely personal. Each organization in its existence has a mission and a set of goals and objectives to complete their ultimate mission with effectiveness and efficiency. Searching demands being open to all avenues and all possibilities to obtain the priceless value of Truth. With all research into the unknown and the challenging, wisdom has to dominate the knowledge to obtain a true understanding of a truth that is beyond this world. To discover the Uncaused Cause of human resources and natural resources requires an openness that respects the dignity and the value of all resources, human, natural, and divine. The mystery and the mystic of each uniqueness accepts the mission of each resource as designed by the Uncaused Cause, the Supreme Being, the Infinite Wisdom of all wisdom. Searching is worth the time, the talents, and the treasures to better value uniqueness as a Sacred Vessel, as a Spiritual Temple, and as a human life given by the Ultimate Creator for the Mission of the Ultimate Goal of human life...Eternal happiness. Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts make choices every day in searching for the message of stewardship of all natural, human, and spiritual resources that is in tune with the Divine Mission and Message. POSITIVE ATTITUDES PROVIDE POSITIVE ACHIEVEMENTS WITH P.R.I.D.E.
For many Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts, the accomplishments in the academic arenas are short-lived if the attitudes of these recipients are negative and non-productive. With all of the aptitudes that are achieved through vigorous efforts, individuals with negative attitudes will be wasting their time and the time of others if they focused on themselves. "What's in it for me" is an attitude that limits the potential of great scholars and ultimate achievers. The "I" focus rather than a "We" approach gives many adventures an exclusive rather than an inclusive attitude. Creating "averse reactions" to all legitimate challenges makes teamwork impossible. The word, T.E.A.M, means Together Everyone Achieves More. The "We" verses "They" has historically been negative in context and in lost opportunities to work together with a positive attitude in achieving a mission.
The word, "attitude," equals 100 percent if we assign a number to each letter; e.g. A is 1, B is 2, C is 3, etc. The word, "attitude," achieves a positive thrust when the aptitudes are joined to the altitudes that are achievable with a T.E.A.M. effort. Taking P.R.I.D.E. is a job well done maximizes the total use of a positive attitude. When P.R.I.D.E. is renewed and restored in the American workplace, the jobs and careers that were once lost to "outsourcing" and "contractual" arrangements to other global locations will return with enthusiastic investing by those who allow the private sector to function as an "invisible hand" in the marketplace. The ultimate consumers and the servicing providers will give greater positive initiatives with an effective marketing strategy that focuses on the five Ps of Marketing: Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, and People. Your vote will always count in a competitive marketplace in which there is a proper balance of all five Ps. American Free Enterprise will always have its critics and its "doomsday"advocates; however, the "invisible hand" in the marketplace will allow for open competition at all levels of the American economy. Bringing back P.R.I.D.E. in the American workplace and marketplace will bring about a renaissance of positive attitudes for all Americans.

Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts' P.R.I.D.E. - Part two
Earlier in one of our blogs we considered the first two letters of P.R.I.D.E. Remember that the letter "P" focused on Priorities, which considered God, Family, Work, Community, etc. We are all challenged to prioritize our most precious resource, Human Resources. In addition, we reviewed the motto of Dade City, Florida, which believes in its Proud Heritage and Promising Future. We all have a Proud Heritage and a Promising Future. In the other "Ps" we included Promotion of economic growth in America and for a quality of life for ALL Americans, born and unborn. With Professionalism in our work environments, in our community net-workings, and in our person-to-person relationships, we understand that Pride with positive attitudes enhances the value and the dignity of each human being served in all career entities. Also, being pro-active rather than being re-active in our ongoing challenges will be beneficial to all Americans and to all members of the global human race in resolving issues peacefully and respectively.
In our "Rs" we considered Reaching Out to others less fortunate in our communities with our time, our talents, and our treasures. Remember there is no timetable or seasonal reasons to contribute the the Reaching Out choices. Respecting and accepting others as they are is the prime reason for keeping the lines of communication always open. When we take Responsibility for our own actions, we accept what we do that really makes a tremendous difference to ourselves and to others. Although we may be less wealthy in monetary values, our Richness may be the key that will move the closed door of someone's mind and heart. You may be Keyed-uped to influence others to do something great.
Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts ponder the "IDEs" of P.R.I.D.E., which includes Intrapreneurs who contribute their ideas, their comments, their inputs, their opinions, their suggestions, and their "irreconcilable differences with principles." Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts encourage Involvement with family, with community, with religious and church activities, with civic organizations, and with positive political activities to be more Inclusive rather than be "exclusive." The letter "D" reminds all Enthusiasts to respect and to understand Diversity and multiple ethnic and cultural differences. We know their "Ds": Desire, Dedication, Determination, Discipline, Dignity, and Discipleship. Their yesterdays are already dreams and their tomorrows are only a vision; but their todays well lived makes their yesterdays' dreams of happiness and their tomorrows a VISION OF HOPE.
And the Letter "E" highlights Enthusiasm....the last four letters of the word, I A S M means I Am Sold Myself. The "Entrepreneurial Spirit...the Entrepreneurial Team" envisions a group of experienced people from different areas of career clusters who are willing to join together in order to form a Team with the skills needed to develop, make, and market their missions to others. Their E.A.G.E.R. for a change is translated into Earn And Give Everyone Respect for a Change of Heart...from a negative heart to a loving positive heart. And yes, to Enjoy your profession, your work, your leisure time activities shows that your Enjoyment will attract others to want what you have to offer...They want some of that!
With the New Year, 2012, Achievement Ladder Enthusiasts welcome the P.R.I.D.E. that is accomplished by fulfilling the individual mission of each American and of each worldwide human being willing to make a difference in their sphere of influences. Your vote always counts in every political, social, economical, cultural, philosophical, moral, ethical, and spiritual choices that you are expected to make daily. Take P.R.I.D.E. and E.A.G.E.R. choices as your barometer in making a transformation of what America can and should be as a beacon for the entire world...a Beacon of Hope and Peace!
