Networking, partnering, and collaborating requires the maximum utilization of time, talents, and treasures to achieve the maximum rate of return on any investment whether tangible or intangible. To progress from a negative response of "I won't do this or we won't do this" to a positive "I did it or we did it" emphasizes the use of understanding that is the end result of all effective communications. To cut through the maze of barriers to effective communications means to be aware of the receiver on the part of the sender. This usually gives a communication feedback that enhances knowledge.
