ACHIEVEMENT LADDER SUCCESS WITH LISTEN, LISTEN, LOVE, LOVE

For many individuals who are climbing their spiral, vertical, or horizontal Ladder of Achievement to obtain their goals, the challenges are surmontable when you employ effective and efficient communication skills. Networking, partnering, and collaborating requires the maximum utilization of time, talents, and treasures to achieve the maximum rate of return on any investment whether tangible or intangible. To progress from a negative response of "I won't do this or we won't do this" to a positive "I did it or we did it" emphasizes the use of understanding that is the end result of all effective communications. To cut through the maze of barriers to effective communications means to be aware of the receiver on the part of the sender. This usually gives a communication feedback that enhances knowledge.

The four L's of Listen, Listen, Love, Love are components in any attempt to bridge the gap that often prevents well-intentioned communications from any breakdown on the part of the intended audience. To Listen with the Head is the first step to reach the mind that may be cluttered with all types of distractions, opinions, beliefs, and cultural differences. If we succeed with the Listening with the Head, the next step is to pursue the Listening with the Heart. In our Holistic approach to human understanding, we must encounter the multiple positive and negative emotions that will determine the reception of the message given. Love is multidimensional with subhuman, animal, human, and divine aspects. If you give an entire auditorium of persons an opportunity to express their definition of love, you will receive as many definitions as there are persons in the audience. Love means to will the best for the other person that is to their benefit may be one response. Love is giving rather than taking. Love makes the world go around. However, some persons equate love with liking. We may avoid liking what a person does, but we certainly love the person doing the actions.

The Heart brings about the love that we want to attract a love from an academic point of view. To understand all of the variances of love from an intellectual framework one can identify what level of love needs to respond. The last component of the four L's is to Love with the Heart rather than the Head. The level of Love that we are attempting to understand is all that means the most to the persons involved. Some use "puppy love" are their way of response. Some use "human love" as their response with affection and admiration. Some use "divine love" as the ultimate of their adventure to discovering their mission with LISTEN, LISTEN, LOVE, LOVE. Where is your Ladder of Achievement with regard to the four L's in your quest for the ultimate goal in your life?
