LABOR DAY 2009 - WORKERS' ACHIEVEMENTS PROFOUND RECOGNITION

For all of the workers around the globe, we applaud your magnificent achievement efforts over the past few years in spite of your underemployment, your overtaxed employment, your abused employment, your deplorable employment, and your spirit-filled employment. As workers with varying aptitudes, altitudes, and attitudes, your outstanding achievements have meant the difference between failure and success with your uniqueness. With all of the technology that has been utilized throughout the world, the typical worker has been ignored, rejected, overlooked, dejected, abused, and exploited. Many of these typical workers have contributed their time, their talents, and their treasures to those who managed them with little regard to the worth of each human resource.

The most neglected and wasted resource in the world is the human resource not the natural resource. We applaud those who take the lead on improving the ecology and the environments; however, we deplore those who exploit the human resource as a hindrance to the development of improvement of the quality of life. Human life is precious and sacred and priceless. Human resources are even more sacred and demand a greater respect than is now being offered by the tyrants, the dictators, the "leaches," and the over-zealous political leaders who seek ultimate power, confiscate wealth, and cultivate "greedy" treasuries. Yes, the human resource in the working place is the most valuable resource since these persons contribute "intrapreneurial" ideas that bring about new solutions to old problems and make a unique difference to the benefit of the common good. Many of these same human resources become entrepreneurs who create new jobs and new opportunities in the private sector that benefit the communities and the countries where their ideas are accepted and appreciated.

Creating an adversary relationship between labor and management is really outmoded in the 21st Century. Creating a team effort atmosphere that respects the value and the dignity of each human resource has the power to bring about effective and efficient change that will really make a difference. In a bureaucratic effort to use human resources, many bureaucrats create a myriad of rules and regulations that hamper and impair the effective use of human resources and wastes time, talents, and treasures. There is no I in TEAM. In every TEAM, TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE. Working together takes a tremendous amount of patience, effort, motivation, perseverance, and a commitment to change the atmosphere of the environments to be positive and to be developmentally sound in every respect.

THANK YOU ALL OF YOU WONDERFUL HUMAN RESOURCES WHO HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE DURING THIS PAST YEAR TO SHOW HOW THE VALUE OF EACH PERSON IN THE WORK PLACE REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Even if we have 10 percent unemployed human resources, we still have 90 percent employed human resources who will create areas in the private sector to open up opportunities for the 10 percent eventually, if given the chance and the proper tools for change.

For all of those human resources who are retired or even "rewired," we commend your lifelong efforts to bring about new opportunities and new technology that will assist the human resources of tomorrow. LET US GROW TOGETHER IN SOLIDARITY FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES THAT ARE SINCERE RISK-TAKERS AND PERSONS OF ABSOLUTE COURAGE THAT DEMAND A REALLY HUMAN TOUCH EVEN WITH COMPLICATED TECHNOLOGY THAT OFTEN SEEMS INHUMANE!
