Achievements for January, 2008....

After the voting in last Tuesday's primary election in Florida, the presidential candidates are now down to six persons vying for the nomination for their prospective parties. This coming Tuesday, February 5, will be a good indication of how other voters across this wonderful Country are viewing the ideas, the rhetoric, the spins, the platforms, and the holistic philosophy of each individual candidate. Listening to each one of them other than from canned ads and misinformed prophets of doom and despair, you will learn the underlying reasons and their unique qualifications to be a Leader of our Great Nation. From now until late September we will be bombarded with all types of media hype and misinformation that sometimes....SMEARS....DISCREDITS....DESTROYS...rather than finding the positive silver lining in each candidate.

What have we learned from the past 88 years, there were Presidents and there were "presidents."
Each personality brought to the White House a special agenda and charisma that worked in some cases and backfired in other cases. In all cases, the team that surrounded the Presidents and the "presidents" were in tune with the special agendas depending upon historical factors and circumstances. To find a real "Diplomat" and "Outstanding Leader" in the various Presidents and "presidents" that we all experienced was evident sometimes and lacking in other times.

There were Presidents and "presidents" who lived their lives in exemplary fashion while others distorted and disgraced the Office of the Presidency. The total Team Package was noticed in some cases and hard to find in other cases. The balance of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of our United States Government achieves many milestones and triumphs. But in the divisive approaches by the three Branches, we also see and have experienced instability and lack of true patriotism. The greedy have become more greedy; the powerful want more power; and the unethical will do anything to achieve a result at the expense of its citizenry and its constituents.

We are looking for Leaders at the local, county, state, and national levels who will listen to the concerns of its citizens and act on those issues that concern the common good. Having human laws that are contrary to divine law becomes a challenge fo r all concern. "Render to Washington or State Capitol what are Washington's or State Capitol's concerns and to God what really belongs to God. In fact, all of the citizens of the United States of America are leaders in their own right just where they are planted. You have to bloom where you are planted and make a difference in spite of what may happen at the National level or State level.

All citizens have a vested interest in their Country. The Silent Majority, which has grown over the years, will continue to make its mark on the caliber of its leaders and its representatives. The holistic concerns are challenging us to change for the better. TO GROW MEANS THAT EACH CITIZEN MUST BE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE TO GROW SPIRITUALLY, PHILOSOPHICALLY, POLITICALLY, SOCIALLY, HUMANLY TO MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN 2008! Let us climb the Ladder of Achievement by learning from the experiences of the past and transform ourselves to a new level of Patriotism and Pride in the United States of America. AMERICA BLESS GOD!

Achievement Ladder Success Story...I Did It!

Today was another opportunity to perform a civic duty...VOTE!...Since 1960 until the present, my opportunities to vote were available to me no matter where I was located in the world. Starting with an absentee ballot prior to going to Japan, then voting in such American cities as Cincinnati, Cleveland, OH; Beaver, PA; Williamsport, PA; Montoursville, PA; and Dade City, FL.
Although my candidate or candidates may not have been chosen in local, county, state, and national elections, the opportunities were there to say: I believe in America...
My home town was Philadelphia, PA, the birthplace of our great Country. The Declaration of Independence was displayed in Independence Hall where the Liberty Bell was also located. Going to the Betsy Ross' House where the first flag was produced for the first 13 American colonies, was an honor and a privilege for me as a young person. "We hold these truths to be self-evident ....that among these are LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS...Yes, we have come a long way as a Country; but we need to regain the Patriotism that once made our Country great and the envy of other Nations. The Civil Rights of all persons protected by the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence have been challenged over the years by those elitists who want to change the underlying philosophy of our young nation. In the twentieth century, the civil rights based on race was challenged but was changed after more than a 100 years of persevering efforts. In the twenty-first century, our challenge is the civil rights of the unborn, the dependent, the handicapped, the underprivileged, the aged, the homeless, and the other outcasts of our wonderful Country. Yes, human life is a continuum from natural conception to natural death.
Let us continue to follow the various candidates in 2008 that are vying for local, county, state, and national political offices. Remember to discover the truth about each candidate from all available sources. Having an informed decision about each candidate will give you a holisitic approach to selecting the candidates who will best represent your concerns as citizens. In addition, after the elections, remember to follow through with your representatives in keeping track of their public voting records and their personal demeanor, their moral ethics, and their professional integrity. YOU CARED ENOUGH TO VOTE FOR THE BEST AVAILABLE CANDIDATES TO ENSURE OUR FUTURE FREEDOMS...and yes, preserve the TRADITIONS that have made our Country blest by our Creator...GOD HAS ALREADY BLEST AMERICA...LET AMERICA NOW BLESS GOD AND THANK GOD FOR OUR FREEDOMS!

January 22, 2008 -- CHOOSE LIFE!

"O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit or stand. When far away you know my every thought. You chart the path ahead of me, and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment, you know where I am. You know what I am going to say before I even say it. You b0th precede and follow me, and place your hand of blessing on my head.

"This is too glorious, too wonderful to believe! I can never be lost to your Spirit! I can never get away from my God! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. If I ride the morning winds to the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, your strength will support me. If I try to hide in the darkness, the night becomes light around me. For even darkness cannot hid from God; to you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you.

"You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body, and knit them together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! It is amazing to think about. Your workmanship is marvelous--and how well I know it. You were there while I was being formed in utter seclusion! You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your Book!

"How precious it is, Lord, to realize that you are thinking about me constantly! I can't even count how many times a day your thoughts turn towards me. And when I waken in the morning, you are still thinking of me!...

"Search me, O God, and know my heart; test my thoughts. Point out anything you find in me that makes you sad, and lead me along the path of everlasting life." (Psalm 139:1-24)

Prayer for Life:

O God, our Creator, all life is in your hands from conception until death. Help us to cherish our children and to reverence the awesome privilege of our share in creation. May all people live and die in dignity and love. Bless all those who defend the rights of the unborn, the handicapped, and the aged. Enlighten and be merciful toward those who fail to love, and give them peace. Let freedom be tempered by responsibility, integrity, and morality.

From Eternity...Your Perpetual Achievement Ladder

As you remember this evening your ultimate decision to let me go for all eternity, may you be at peace and enjoy the healing that you need. You are forgiven for your choice to give me up for all eternity. I am at peace with God...who is the Only Way, the Only Truth, and the Only Life that really matters. I would have liked the opportunity to live longer, but I hold you harmless for all of the confusion that surrounded your decision. Many persons influenced your thinking and neglected to provide you with the holistic counseling that you really needed. Although some thought that your decision was only yours to make, I waited silently until my earthly life was quickly ended.

Yes, you still need healing after so many years of wondering...WHAT IF? With today's modern medical technology, you have a better assistance with professionals who give you all of options and projections for the future. Some unprofessionals literally fed your mind with emotional and selfish reasons for making your bold decision. For some other business venturers, their motives were pure profit rather than human orientated. For whatever reasons that you feel were justified, remember that I will always love you unconditionally while enjoying the blessings of eternal life with the other souls who met a similar fate during these past 35 years. Our numbers grow daily...about 3,500...whose parents feel that they were given all of the facts and figures. Hopefully, their faith will be revitalized and reenergized to provide more hope for future souls who respect the value of human life from conception to natural death.

As we spend our wonderful days in eternity, more than 50,000,000, 000 unborn baby souls will pray for the parents and friends who had life-changing challenges in making a good life choice. With our prayer power and our intercession with our Creator, human life (both unborn and born) will get the respect that each unique human life deserves. May the United States of America realize to BLESS GOD for all the blessings that they have received as a Free Country. May the leaders in all areas of decision making understand and appreciate the value of each human life and respect all human beings no matter what age, sex, race, nationality, or dependency. There is a special place in eternity for all selfless mothers...and fathers...they understand and appreciate the beauty and the uniqueness of all of their gifts from God...LIFE!.
REMEMBER TO CHOOSE LIFE...NOW AND ALWAYS!

Your Loving Children for all eternity.... The Multi-Million Unborn Babies Heaven...

What have we learned since 1973...one soul at a time!

For more than thirty-five years, our wonderful country has legally allowed more than 50 million unborn babies to be electively aborted for reasons beyond understanding. The rationalizations include sex, age, residency, dependency, inconvenience, viability to name but a few. These wonderful souls who now exist in eternity cry out to their parents....mothers and fathers...who made decisions to end the existence of these wonderful souls. They called it CHOICE!..The choice, of course, was death. In all elective abortions A BABY DIES!

On January 22, 2008, the 35th Anniversary of this decisive, legal approach, all of the 50 million plus unborn babies are asking WHY such a decision was made in a country that prides itself through its Constitution and Declaration of Independence...on LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!.. Listening to uninformed and biased individuals, the highest court in our land made a memorable declaration...babies are not persons until the cord is cut!...This is certainly a CIVIL RIGHTS violation as was the case for a race that was given no legal status or personhood for over 100 years.

On January 22, 2008, let us remember the 50 million souls who now enjoy eternal happiness and also remember the many women who were uninformed, misguided, extremely emotional, and given distorted information that they have lived with for many years. Let the healing begin for all women and men who were improperly counseled to make a life changing decision without proper representation and effective support. Although a multi-billion dollar industry has gained as a result of these decisions, hopefully the modern medical ultrasound technology will encourage other women to reconsider the choices that they make to allow the life of an unborn to live.
Human life is a continuum from conception to natural death. The Uncaused Cause of all human life gives the soul (the spirit) to the individual baby that is conceived and eventually born. Each baby is unique and is priceless beyond words. After all, all of us once were conceived and were unborn babies and given an opportunity to be born and live a good life.

THANKS MOM AND DAD FOR THE GIFTS OF LIFE AND LOVE...IT IS GREAT TO BE ALIVE! Prayer Power and People Power will make the proper decision: CHOOSE LIFE!

Student Achievement with Cans for Habitat Program

Congratulations to a special young man, Matt Mooney, for achieving a 2007 goal of more than 10,000 pounds of aluminum cans collected and sent to the recycling center to frame the 50th Habitat House for East Pasco Habitat for Humanity. His R.A.C.E. T.E.A.M. partners are his Mother and Dad, Jane and Wayne Mooney, who networked, partnered, and collaborated with members of the local community to achieve their son's special goal: A HAND UP RATHER THAN A HAND OUT for a deserving Habitat for Humanity eligible family. The Dedication of this 50th Habitat House will occur on March 1, 2008.

Matt's ultimate goal is to collect enough aluminum cans by his senior year in high school to fund the costs of a complete Habitat House...approximately $65,000 or more for a worthy and needy Habitat for Humanity family. With his continued perseverance and community support, he will reach his goal and make history for the 100th affordable Habitat for Humanity House in his community. Cans for Habitat makes cents for Matt and his Mother and Dad. Let us join Matt in his endeavor and to recruit more young persons in our community to assist this R.A.C.E. T.E.A.M. Habitat Project. Matt Mooney...you are an inspiration and an exemplary example to all in our community. CONGRATULATIONS!

Observing Political Achievement Ladders-2008

Now that we are in the midst of political frenzy with Presidential hopefuls, the time has come for all good citizens to exercise their special civic duty...VOTE! Along with this privilege comes the responsibility to view and review and research each of the candidates for the awesome challenges of being the President of the United States. Throw out race, gender, nationality, religious persuasion, etc., and concentrate on the issues that the Leader of our wonderful Nation will be asked to defend when sworn in on Inauguration Day....using a Bible that reflects the majority of the populace who respect this traditional and precious document.

What universities or colleges that these candidates attended, what experiences these candidates have had, what insights and visions that these candidates have for the future of our Nation are in campaign rhetoric and in political spin, which matters little to the average voter. Actions speak louder than actual, eloquent oratory. Voting records that reflect responding to the issues at hand and ultimate convictions based on personal and professional ethics are the hallmark of a good and conscientious leader. A positive commitment to be a servant to the voters is expected in a representative Republic. Putting all polls and biases aside, the voter will make the ultimate choice in a free society under law in selecting the most effective leader for our Republic.

Elitism has no place in our society although its ugly head shows itself from time to time. Some politicians love to buy power and ignore the will of the American people. Having lived through 12 different Presidents, my expectations and my loyalty are to the person who will lead our Nation rather than the Party that nominates and supports a presidential candidate. In addition, through the legislative process there are enough checks and balances to avoid a negative change in our political environment. Again, the American People are the ones who set the course and the follow through after the election process.

Be open to all information that may impact your choice of candidates. In addition, the personal philosophy of each candidate needs to be determined and understood in an intelligent approach to approving and committing to a leader. Many leaders dupe innocent and unknowing persons who gather all their information from the unreliable sources and false information. Knowledge is Truth, and the Truth will set one free to make better and wiser choices. Voters beware of wolves in sheep clothing. Read, Study, Think, Resolve, Contemplate, Disseminate, Scrutinize, and Pray for guidance to make sound and ethical voting decisions.

This message recalls the following about about a political candidate:

***He failed in business...***He was defeated for state legislator...***He had a nervous breakdown...***He ran for Congress and was defeated...***He tried again for Congress and was defeated again...***He tried running for the Senate, but he lost...***In the next year he ran for Vice President and he lost...***He again ran for the Senate and was defeated...***
***In 1860, the man who signed his name, Abraham Lincoln, was elected the 16th President of the United States of America.

Yes, there is Perseverance in every success story and achievement. CONGRATULATIONS!...FRALINGER STRING BAND....2008!
